Dan is a very competent and conscientious employee that is extremely capable in both the careful handling of our washer and diagnosing and repairing the problem. He has never caused additional damage to our machine or the parts that he is to replace. He is a great asset to your company and rates over 5 Stars!

Don was amazing! Kind, patient and even cleaned up, which I was not expecting at all. He didn’t just handle the issue at hand, but made sure the overall appliance was set up properly so to eliminate the same issue again.

Our service technician was training someone, so it may have taken a little longer than usual, but both people were very personable. This repair was paid for by a service package I bought when the appliances were new, so I paid nothing, which made me really happy.

Thomas arrived right on time, he diagnosed the leaking dishwashers problem, ordered & had the parts shipped to our home. Thomas came back a few days later to install the parts. Dishwasher is working again! Thomas was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dishwasher is under warranty.

Jessup was very thorough and found that the last worker from Sears did not do the job correctly. We had someone out last year to do the same fix. We are very pleased with the new results. Would Sears consider giving us a financial break since the job was not done correctly before?
