Although I didn’t get the good news I was hoping for with my washing machine, Mark did a great job diagnosing the situation and explaining to me what was wrong. One of the better technicians I’ve come across. Next time I have an issue with an appliance, I’ll be asking for Mark

David was very nice and did a great job! But my other comment is the way sears handles the appointments is terrible. Someone was supposed to come the day before and they didn’t. Making me stay home for 5 hours and no one showing up.
