I had two technicians because they had to order a part. The second technician that came out was absolutely phenomenal explained why using pods for your washing machine machines are so bad and the maximum you should use is 2 tablespoons of washing machine soap and that the pods have four times as much concentrate and clogged your washing machine. I was so thankful for the extra information that he gave me that I know my washing machine will last many more years to come.
