Dan was very professional and helpful. Our dryer was making a terrible noise that he was able to diagnose right away as a pulley was failing. The service was fast and efficient, which included being very thorough explaining the issue, parts repair and cleaning. Service call was his second trip, since my first appointment was scheduled incorrectly online, as not reflecting warranty coverage. It was all resolved quickly, where next day appoint available and repair done. Thank you.
