David the tech was great I give him 5 stars But The company on the other hand is a JOKE and I do not recommend them to anyone it took a month to get my appliance fixed and no not because parts needed to be ordered it’s because the company is a JOKE and they do not care. They will reschedule your appt just because and not tell you using a chatbot which cannot answer any questions you have. When you call you get a foreign country who again cannot answer any questions you have. They could care less that you took the whole day off work because the time window is 8am to 5pm then at 5:15pm they cancel your appt. Just a JOKE don’t use them they shouldn’t even be in business

Do not use this place!!! Had a tech show up. Didn’t trouble shoot. Ordered a part that didn’t need to be replaced. When he came to finish the repair he would closed out my work order as complete and told me I needed another part. So now I have to wait a month to have my appliance replaced. And said I could not return the wrong part because it was installed.
