Tech was great.. no issues there.. only issue I have is this service is very expensive when it comes to labor. I just moved and my tools where packed away, otherwise I would jave fixed my dryer myself. Parts were $25.. labor was over $300. Easy part to replace.. again, my tech was awesome.. but ill never use this sevice again due to insane labor cost
