The technician when he finally arrived after 2 previously daily cancels was excellent. Competent and nice. Seats cancelled twice l, once after I waited for 8 hours for them to arrive before they canceled (they give a window if 8am-5pm arrival). No super happy with Sears. No issue with the technician whatsoever.
