John did great for what you let him do. This maintenance agreement for a routine maintenance is ridiculous. It cost me almost $600.00 to check my seals and see if my products just worked. No wonder sears is out of business. I do what John did on a regular basis to keep my appliances in good working order. Been a customer since 1978. Not any more.
