The service tech was rude. He was not pleasant and acted like he didn't want to be here. Less than 10 min and the cost to fix was close to $1000, which we declined.

You never reach a person in person. I was once able to text with Mary. Mostly you passed around from department to department. 6 months trying to get someone to set up an appointment to come back out. First time not fixed. This time same person came out. Tyler is incompetent to fix washer. Didn’t do his job first because was standing in kitchen watching my daughter and her friends eat. Was educating on my dryer and sign on detergent use. But fixing washer no. I requested he not be sent. Out again. Left after I told him he was creepy. Spun out of driveway. This is worse business. DO NOT BUY LOWRS EXTENDED WARRANTY. YOU Will get Sears AI also know as transformers. Even Lowe’s employee couldn’t get a hold of someone other than AI NOT TO SEND same person out. I was injured after he left first time repairing machine. Left parts all over floor. Cats could have swallow small parts. Took unused parts. Then Sears tried to charge me. I’m still under warranty. But I will never get it fixed because they’re capable. They get Big fat 0. I’m had surgery 2 weeks ago to repair injury. I’m on restricted walking.
