Your technician was excellent in helping me. For that I will rate him 5 stars. But your IA Samantha is not what I would call efficient in the performance of scheduling appointments. Its unfortunate not to be able to talk to a real person. Its not cost effective. Ive been a long time customer of Sears and the protection service agreements but dealing with Samantha is most frustrating and that's being nice.

Marty arrived and was very pleasant and positive! From my description of the problem, he said he was confident in what the problem was. Within 5 minutes, he confirmed his diagnosis and after a thorough explanation, he helped us determine a path forward to remedy our situation which wad a simple fix. Very professional and friendly!
