My service with Sears Appliance Repair has been very professional and helpful. Appointment scheduling and phone contact was very considerate. Thank you for your service.

The technician was great! The day he came he was great with communicating with me . The process of scheduling this visit was okay but then communication was horrible to get it confirmed because I was continuously getting texts saying my visit was not confirmed even though I responded

It’s hard when you are on a fixed income and the technician says, “ I can’t get this part because your dishwasher is old , so I can’t fix it” “ Now. , that will be $140”

Technician showed up without tools. Diagnose the issue as a broken bell, but didn’t have one on the truck. I replace the belt myself and the machine still doesn’t work.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars to this company. We were scheduled for an appointment on Monday, June 8. They gave us a quoted time between 1130 and 1 PM. We then received a text at 2:30 in the afternoon stating that they would not be able to come out that day we rescheduled for Tuesday, June 9. The tech never showed up showed up at our neighbors house and then left and we got sent a message saying sorry we missed you. Might I add how frustrating and annoying it is that you cannot speak to an actual human do not recommend this company or spending your money with them honestly, I don’t know how they are still in business

Got charged $139 to turn down a close to $800 repair. The repair guy was nice and i needed the heating element replaced. Was told it only comes in a $450 assembly. The heating element isn't sold separately. It would be over $300 labor but if i signed up for a $57/month appliance plan the bill would be $630. Samsung sells the heating element which does not only come in an assembly for $80 Amazon $45. A brand new dryer costs around $500 with a warranty. So yeah feel kinda scammed out of $139 to be misled in an attempt to sell a monthly service.

The technician indicated that the refrigerator was 9 degrees colder than the setting of 37 degrees which caused things to freeze. He indicated he would order parts. Later in the day he called back and said I would have to call LG and reschedule the repairs because LG did not get back with him today. I don't believe I should have to reschedule the technician so that sears can get paid for a second visit. It was hard enough to schedule the visit the first time. This seems like an issue between sears and LG.

I was scammed. I had a service call for error codes which was a water flow problem. For a $299 fee he would clean filters. He never took my washer apart. He said the filters were in the hoses which he said he cleaned. Where is the debri he removed from the hoses? When I checked on him he was just standing there on his phone.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THE ORGANIZATION THAT IS CONTRACTED WILL SELL YOUR BANKING OR CCARD INFORMATION TO OTHER VENDORS WHO WILL BEGIN CHARGING YOU FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!! SEARS REPAIR IS A BOGUS!! Please do not use Sears Appliance Repair as I have been waiting for a $800.00 refund since October 2024. Every number I utilize I get the same runaround that my refund is pending and it is a scheduling company not Sears. Interesting that I received a response from Sears Home Services after this post asking me to contact them which I have 14 times and they are not able to do anything because all they are is a scheduling company and have no way to communicate with the accounting department. Transform Co. is the company that owns Sears, Kmart, etc. They are in Illinois and if you call their number it redirects you to connect with Sears home service, Kmart, etc. Scam!!!!!!
