Showed up on time. Very thorough and explained everything. Now if you can come up with a compressor to complete the repair. The refrigerator is only about 7 years old.

Easy to find. Nice people. I was met outside, didn’t see a shipping/ Reciever door to enter. Easy back. There’s a cove, and a large lot across the street, unsure of overnight parking.

Service technician took 3 trips as first time problem was intermittent and went away and did not return until the following day. One it came back he came back diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. After part arrived he came installed it and washer is back in service.
