During his first diagnostic trip, he took the time to explain to me the required repair and the costs involved. I was informed that we had one of the better made models and the repair would last and be worth the investment. Parts were ordered and he promptly replaced the diffuser(?) after they arrived as we requested. He deserves a 5 star review

Dryer wouldn't dry my stuff guys showed up got the scoop ordered parts hit the crib few daysblater then it rescheduled and another guy showed up and replaced parts and all is good now. Thx to the service crews. Thx. Again
