Was there less than 10 minutes and determined it was the igniter. Less than $100 part with more than $300 labor? Seems a bit pricey to pay over $400 plus the $129 diagnostics fee (again less than 10 minutes). Could get a new one for less than 700.

Get rid of your AI ! Repairperson was good , but your organizing is terrible . There should be a way to contact a human when there is a screw-up . I won't be using Sears again for any repairs .

Last week, my microwave was repaired by Sears but it was not re- installed correctly back into the wall. It falls out when opened. I was told Sears will not come back and fix it, by the virtual agent -the only communication that I could have, and was told I could not speak to a live person by the virtual agent. This needs to be fixed by Sears.

The technician was very nice and friendly. He whowever didn’t have furniture skidders and severely ripped our floor. He asked that we wait to complain until he had the opportunity to file his report. Unfortunately nobody has reached out to let me know the plan for my floor in my newly remodeled laundry room.

I had scheduled them to come out and fix my microwave, the piece was lost in transit and never delivered . I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, Over one month goes by someone finally calls me and says they’re gonna re-order the part. Their appointment to come out was today and they did not show up. Never never use Sears repair. You Cannot get a hold of a customer service agent everything is ai and they didn’t even show up!!!

My warranty company went thru sears and it was a complete nightmare. It wasn’t the technician, it was the company in itself. It’s been a month and my dishwasher still isn’t fixed. Communication is so so so bad. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. What a horrible experience.

easy to make appt. they were on time and pleasant. my range not lighting properly. They said it was the ignitor and they didn't have one but would order it. about 30 texts and emails later saying "sorry we're still looking for the part" I tried to call someone (anyone) to find out what part it was so I could look for it. There LITERALLY is no person to speak to. I finally called to "buy a warranty" and got a person who ASSURED me someone would call me. (shocking, no one did). I actually know someone related to the guy who came to my house and called her to "back door" get his number. He answered my first text, I just asked what was broken, what the part was that was elusive, and could I use my oven. He said he'd get right back to me, then ghosted me. Lane's Appliance repair came the next week, fixed the ignitor (he had one on his truck) in 10 min and charged me less than Sears was going to. AVOID this service. TERRIBLE. And when I say there's no person responsible for this, Im not joking. there is no person.

This is a scammy repair service. The guy came a half hour before the end of my “window” and said he couldn’t complete service because it would take over 35 minutes for him to do. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I now have a new appointment scheduled and there is no way to speak to anyone about it. The whole system is automated. 👎🏻 ***UPDATE*** They canceled on me again. The service technician said the company is run by AI Total Scam. And I’ve already paid a deposit.

CAN'T SPEAK WITH A LIVE AGENT

I would give zero stars if I could. They cancelled my appointment 4 times on the day of the appointment (usually at the end of the arrival window) and then pushed me out a full week plus each time THEY had to reschedule. To make it worse everything is ran by AI so you can’t talk to anyone. The system gives you dates to reschedule that you can’t actually schedule. Don’t waste your time with this company. A literal joke of an organization.
