Finally after waiting since our original appointment June 18th, part arrived June 19, 2 scheduled appointments where no technician showed and we were told we needed to rescheduled after waiting 8am-5pm both days, today, a technician came. He installed a new board and said that 'should' fix the issue. He tested the oven to see if there was power. Unfortunately, had he set the oven temp to something like 350 or 375 and waited, he would have known there is still an issue. You set the temp and it tells you it is up to temp but it is off by around 50 degrees. Then it is a wait of about 15-20 minutes and it is 'around' the requested temperature. We paid for a higher contract level and paid the $100 deductible and it appears we are no further ahead. If you try to call them, you can't talk to a human, only an AI robot that has a hard time finding your work order. Very frustrated. This upgraded contract is certainly not worth it.
