The tech was very nice and courteous. My appointment was set from 8-12. He got here at 12 which through my schedule off for the day but wasn’t a big deal. My refrigerator is working perfect now, that what matters.

Anthony was on time, in fact he was early. I fixed the problem and the washer works. However it was under the 30 day warranty of the previous fix and I did not sign any agreement, so I don't know why I got an approved estimate. I hope that was a mistake.

I had to buy a new washer, even tho repaired man said could find nothing wrong. Said I might need new computer later......washer was no better after he left......

While the technician was amazing and did a thorough job explaining the problem and fixing the issue, my appointment was changed twice. Once without my knowledge and the second time, I waited all day before I received a text from Sears saying I was rescheduled. It took almost 2 months to have my fridge fixed. The parts were at my house when the first appointment was changed without any input from me. When I called, I was told too bad and there is nothing they can do because my original appointment 12/31 was already taken.
