Chad was amazing he came out twice to diagnose the issue and was very upfront on the replacement part being very expensive. He was knowledgeable and while the fix was more than I could afford he was able to recommend a better brand of dishwasher - now I have a new one that was less than the cost of repair. He’s honest, friendly, upfront and incredibly knowledgeable.
