Technician was great, but it still didn’t solve the problem. Also AI is horrible and you can’t speak with live person. AI rescheduled me 4 times with no resolution

The service technician did a great job. You need to eliminate the AI system. It does not replace human contact. I needed to find when the tech was coming because I had things to. I was told by AI that I had an appointment at 9:15 but the tech said he was told not to come before 10am. I am very frustrated was your appointment system. I will be happy to talk to a real person if there are any left. Thomas Vuchetich
