The first service was a month ago where the tech only ordered one part. Ten days later another tech came and said the first guy didn't order both parts that were needed. Second part took over a week to come. We had to reschedule twice. Today over a month after we started this it is finally fixed. Because the first estimate wasn't bad we had already paid half. Then the second part was much more expensive. Wound up spending way more than we originally estimated. If we would have known from the beginning what the true cost was and that it would take a month for the repair, we certainly would have just bought a new washing machine. The first tech sent out really screws the whole thing up. We are disappointed with our experience.
