The tech was very nice and courteous. My appointment was set from 8-12. He got here at 12 which through my schedule off for the day but wasn’t a big deal. My refrigerator is working perfect now, that what matters.

Anthony was on time, in fact he was early. I fixed the problem and the washer works. However it was under the 30 day warranty of the previous fix and I did not sign any agreement, so I don't know why I got an approved estimate. I hope that was a mistake.

After Joshua left our house and we went to run a load of laundry that evening and the washer was louder than it was when he came. We ended up having to pull the whole thing out to see what was wrong and he never replaced all the screwed in the back plate And the only two screws that were left were not even tightened. We ended up having to take the whole cover off.

Scheduled a repair for my washer that was having issues draining. The online scheduling tool asked specifically for a model on the washer which I provided to ensure the tech had the necessary parts for the repair on the first trip. Technician arrived and quickly diagnosed I needed a new drain pump, but said he had to order it, which confused me, because I provided end my model number and the issue I was experiencing. To me, there was a pretty good chance replacing the pump was a possibility, but yet the technician didn’t arrive with one, so I had to wait an additional week for him to return and complete the repair. Also, the labor portion of the invoice was extremely high, in my opinion. 300 dollars for a total of maybe 30 minutes in my home seems extreme. Had I not been on the hook for the 130 dollars diagnostic fee for the first trip out. I would have ordered the part myself and swapped it out myself.
