Get rid of your AI ! Repairperson was good , but your organizing is terrible . There should be a way to contact a human when there is a screw-up . I won't be using Sears again for any repairs .

I’m very sorry to say that I’m very disappointed by the service as the technicians appointment has been delayed, rescheduled multiple times(more than 4 times) with out any proper explanation and reasons for postponement.

I called the 800 number provided no resolve I had scheduled a repair last year February. There was a parts delay. So I cancelled the repair. I have been trying to get a refund minus the service fee to no avail. My next option is a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General

I had an appointment scheduled for today with a window between 8:00 a.m. and noon. I had gotten several text messages and emails throughout the last few weeks confirming my appointment. This morning I received a message that I was assigned a technician and would be getting a text from him when he was on his way. It is now 6:30 p.m. and the technician has never shown up. I have called the call center and spoken to four or five different people who have all told me that the technician was running behind but that he would be here. The text messages they kept sending me showed a time of arrival at 12:37 in the afternoon, again it is 6:30 p.m. the website was never updated. I was never told the technician was running late, I was never contacted and told that my window of arrival had changed. Very poor communication, very poor customer service. I would definitely never recommend this company to anyone.

Total scam do not hire them!!!!! We hired them just to throw away $150 Cause it was very clear the service guy had no interest in fixing our dishwasher! Total scam might as well throw your money outside in the air!!! What a waste of time and money. 10 min doing nothing and it cost $150 biggest scam ever!

I completed the on-line data, indicating the make and model of the dishwasher and that the error code said the pump was bad. Technician came out and verified the pump was bad, but did not have one with him. He had to reschedule. Two weeks later he came out with the pump, installed it, and it did not work. He suggested it might be the motherboard, a costly repair, and I opted not to have it done. The technician said he would write up the order that the after market pump did not work, and I would only be charged for the diagnostic call. I agreed to that, and he left me with an invoice that said the same. After two weeks, I called Sears and spoke with a rep, who was totally clueless. She submitted my claim to the billing department. Based on the rep's cluelessness, I submitted a claim through the credit card company. As of this date, Sears claims the service are part were provided, so it's not refunding anything. I will NEVER go through Sears again for repairs

Called to have a couple of appliances repaired on Friday. Got scheduled for Tuesday. The person I spoke to could barely speak English. They obviously out source their scheduling to somewhere in India. The repairman shows up Tuesday not knowing what he was supposed to do. This after going into great detail over the phone about what I wanted done and what problems I'm having. Very unprofessional and I recommend going somewhere else. This is a shame because I have used this service before and was very pleased with the service before. It seems now like they are doing you a favor by showing up. You have to pay $139 if they show up. A total scam. I was told over the phone that the $139 would be waived if I agreed to have service done. The technician told me that it would not be waived for any reason.

Jan 6th was my 1st appointment they didn't have the parts....... paid 501$ so they would show up on Jan 16th to fix.... nobody showed even tho they had all parts sent to my house..... Jan 17 get email saying they didn't show because they didn't have parts..... the parts are at my house....... so now I wait to Jan 23 for them to fix. Go anywhere but sears now I know why they went out of bussiness. I've called multiple times and r offering me nothing except a sorry. But my fridge is still broken and others r getting theirs repaired.

I do NOT recommend Sears Home Services!! I had a technician come out to repair my washer. The next day...it had the same issue. Second technician was GREAT and offered to refund my first service to put toward a new washer. I spent 5 months trying to get my refund. I was finally told after 5 mos..I cannot get a refund because I did not return the part. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I am a 64 year old woman and am supposed to turn my washer over and figure out what part was put on and return it? (This was after I was told 3 times I would receive my refund within 21 days), HUH?? Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!
