I would give zero stars if I could. They cancelled my appointment 4 times on the day of the appointment (usually at the end of the arrival window) and then pushed me out a full week plus each time THEY had to reschedule. To make it worse everything is ran by AI so you can’t talk to anyone. The system gives you dates to reschedule that you can’t actually schedule. Don’t waste your time with this company. A literal joke of an organization.

This company is horrible. My dryer's heat went out on my LG dryer. I couldn't get a hold of a appliance repair service so I posted on a local FB page. This company called me immediately which I thought was weird but I gave them a chance. They transferred me to an AI schedule service. Steve came out few days later and said he had to order parts and charged me $581 for labor and parts. Steve said he reset it but it will 'burn out' so use it till it dies. A month later of AI texts stating parts out of stock and or reordering, my parts came in and the AI scheduled service twice with no call no show for repair. I gave the company one more chance and Tyler the technician came out and said that the first guy replaced the parts already and he didn't have to repair it because it was a failsafe switch. Tyler gave me a refund and was extremely nice and honest. $299 total for parts that I didn't need and three days off of work we will never get back, and a month long of AI bullshit. This whole month long process was a complete waste of time. RUN AWAY..

I called to have my brand new dryer converted to LP gas. When I called wanting to explain what work I needed done, I couldn't even speak to a real person. Everything is AI. AI could not understand what I needed I guess because I wasn't informed that the technicians do not do conversions until and hour before he was expected to arrive. I made the appointment four days previous, it was a waste of time. I could have found a company that would have been able to do the work that I needed instead of wasting over four days waiting on Sears. I do not recommend this company, hire real people to answer your phones and listen to customers concerns!

A scammer company. They sent a “technician” to my house to inspect my dishwasher. He absolutely did nothing. He didn’t check the draining, didn’t check the water inlet. He literally just unscrewed the bottom panel, pretended to look for some code, and then told me he couldn’t find any information on the dishwasher. It’s a major brand, and I bought it only half a year ago. Then he charged me 139 for the trip (less than 15 minutes actual working time). Also, he smelled really bad and used heavy perfume to try to cover it up. To the company: Don't bother to give me your service number. I called and they just asked me to write an email to their billing person. Shameful. You should feel Shameful to work for this company. A scammer.

I am glad you asked. My washer and dryer were both working fine and I was trying to get a tune up on both. The only problem was with the washer - the silver cover at the bottom of the drum was missing and although I ordered a replacement, we were unable to install it as something was blocking it. I tried for several days to figure out how to communicate this to you which involved numerous phone calls to numerous different numbers but was unable to get a "live" answer and your AI phone set up was not able to determine what I was trying to do. Also your scheduling program was unable to give me the correct options. Your repair person showed up and said both machines were working fine (which I already knew} and told us to order the missing part from Amazon. The bottom line is that I was charged $129 for the call and got nothing out of it. Just wanted you to know so you can make changes to your system to make it more user friendly. Thank you.

This has been a terrible service from beginning to end. While scheduling the service online I encountered multiple issues with dates. I chose a date and received a confirmation, then a cancellation of that date immediately afterwards. I then confirmed the rescheduled reservation because I needed the repair. I received multiple text messages for both dates, so when they showed up at my door on the original date I selected, I was relieved. My relief soon turned into more confusion because the serviceman wanted to confirm payment of the diagnostic fee. At this point he hasn’t even seen the washing machine, let alone touched it. He asks a few questions about the issue and tells me which parts I’ll need to order, he goes out to his vehicle, orders the part(s) to be delivered and hands me a service bill. He still has NOT seen the washing machine! He assures me this is what happens and leaves. A couple days later a part arrives, Sears sends a text to confirm a time for another repairman to come and install the part. Once he arrives, he sees the part and says this isn’t what I need and cancels/completes our service order. He also did not look at it touch the washing machine! Although this one did not charge us, he took the part with him when he left! The part we paid for! I called to get some resolution, only to find out there is no customer service professional to help you, and you have to talk to AI Sarah for assistance. After calling over 8 different phone numbers to get a live person, they tell me I have been refunded already. Excuse me?! When?! Where?! They said they couldn’t tell me and to look at my account. I KNOW when money comes in and out of all of my accounts and have received nothing! No money, no service for my washing machine, and certainly no clarity on returned money. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN! And I will be sure tell everyone I know to not use their services! I reached for help and they have nothing but caused more problems and on top of that I still don’t have a working appliance! Even if I buy another washing machine, I will MAKE SURE TO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH SEARS! They are unprofessional & unreliable from top to bottom! I have never received such terrible treatment when looking to pay for a service! No wonder they no longer have brick and mortar stores, with treatment like this business is certain to fail!

They have rescheduled the repair about 5 times, typically last minute, resulting in my mother being without her refrigerator for 9 weeks. They have yet to make the repair. Calls to the sears home services number on their site only connects to bots.
