I'm convinced this is a SCAM BUSINESS. Go to the Lansing location and you'll find an empty parking lot with an abandoned Sears building. I checked it out at around 6 PM (since their Google page says they're open till 10 PM). Call the two listed numbers and you'll hear pre-recorded messages AND they'll try to sell you LifeAlert. My fault was NOT checking the physical location nor calling them. I scheduled online. Someone came to my house saying he worked with them (which I was okay with since I thought this was a legitimate business). Told me it was going to be about $600 and I needed to wait for parts delivery. The part came and the 2nd appointment was agreed on. Then that appoint passed with noone showing up and no comment from this business. I got scammed.

The technician we had was terrible, he was over an hour late, never answered his phone and had terrible customer service. Anyone looking for a place to have a fridge fixed do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The only positive experience we had was we are now able to tell people not to go here.

They are a scam company, after we called them for a service they show up the next day. Took our money for parts and labor $1,300.00 for a compressor for our fridge still 3 months after they keep rescheduling us 7 times, never show up to the apointments, never call us to say they are not comming to fix our fridge. We are very disappointing and frustrated with this fake company. We are looking for legal action. To get our money back for a service that did not provide. Stay away from them.đĄ They dont even deserve this one star, I give them a zero , because they wont let me post with no stars.

I was charged $160 for the repair man to move a shelf in my fridge. He was a perfectly nice person, but I don't understand how moving a shelf cost $160.

Go anywhere what here for repairs! I had a technician come out looked at it, told us what was wrong. We are tenants and he called our landlord to pay and the landlord didnât answer and stormed out after just one call, within minutes the landlord called him to pay and technician wouldnât answer the call. The ârepsâ said the technician would be back by 5pm to fix it.. itâs 5:45p and no one has contacted. I contacted the representative and now they said they wonât be back till Wednesday. Our landlords card was on file and Representative said the technician should have looked at that before leaving and tried to run the payment. Technician are unprofessional, amateurs, and the whole thing is a JOKE! Stay far away, go somewhere else!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled today. They said they would arrive anytime between 8-5. They sent multiple reminders of my appointment. They just called at 12 today to say a technician had to leave their route and they had no one available until tomorrow. I will go somewhere else that has more than one person available to take care of scheduled appointments. Not all of us have days to wait for service and then the service is not provided.

They come up with all these other problems that multiple other technicians didnât. They are just money hungry or just donât want to do the repair so they charge outrageous prices so you can just buy another

I first gave a 5 star review but this morning after the Nov 20 appointment, the ice in the door was melting and the ice compartment is warmish. The appointment was for ceiling and freezer lights and nothing to do with the icemaker. I declined the repair of $695 because I can live with the light situation but I cannot live with the water leaking from the icemaker which is now too warm to make ice. I request a call and a refund of my $99 diagnostic fee. No stars for Sears today. I rescind my previous review.
