He was such a great guy, couldn’t ask for a nicer person. He was very friendly, explained everything, and it was no problem whatsoever. I hope that I ever have anymore concerns with any of my appliances that I need your company for I hope I am possibly able to ask for him. He is great.👍😊

Don K was a surprisingly incredible person that gives Sears Home Services a great reputation. I typically dread service calls because we have had many bad experiences with other companies. Don was patient and a delight to work with. Whatever he gets paid it isn’t enough. I will totally be calling Sears home service again and even asking if he can be the technician of choice.

Dan came out and repaired our dryer. He replace the rollers and the belt. He did it quickly and professionally. He explained what needed to be replaced and why. He is a great technician! I cannot thank you enough for sending him out! I am so glad I called you. I will definitely reach out again if necessary. Thank you so much for the great work and fair price! It is good to be able to do wash again. The dryer is running great! Thank you again!

Very pleased. Arrived promptly as promised. Diagnosed my problem quickly and provided excellent explanation to the problem. Definitely will call them again. David was excellent. Final repair was made and all is fixed. I couldn't be more pleased. It was a difficult repair and David efficiently made it right. David was friendly and very pleasant. I am very happy.
