Durrell was kind, on time, informative and professional. He showed me exactly what he was doing and why certain things could be why we were having issues. In the end we did not fix it as our washer is old and more expensive to repair than what I wanted to spend on repair. He put everything back where he found it and cleaned up. Even though we didn’t use him to repair, I will definitely call sears again in the future based on my positive experience with Durrell.

They were fast to get out to diagnose the problem. When the parts were going to arrive early they offered to move my service date up. Charles was amazing! He was so friendly, including taking the time to listen to my daughter, and explained everything that he was doing!
