My technician was great. A 5+ Contacting Sears is a 0. Automatic response useless. Cannot get to a person . Right issue s not asked. Asked me to call in but could not reach anyone. 4 days off work for this service $1400. Is that covered. One cancelltion 11am. I work 1 hour and 20 minutes from here so have to stay home. 7-5 and 8-5 service windows too long. 0 rating for Sears customer service.

Brian has been out for repairs in the past and always does a great job, is pleasant, cleans up, etc. Unfortunately this time when the refrigerator was moved it was scratched on the door at counter height. An accident, but I would appreciate a reply as to next steps toward resolving the damage. - reply was received that you would be in contact - but I've not yet heard back.

Was very easy to schedule, serviceman was friendly and courteous. No real attempt to fix the problem, just quoted prices to fix that were over the cost of a new machine. So basically $150 to tell me I need a knew machine, and can’t apply the service fee to anything other than a home appliance warranty. Very overpriced diagnostics for little effort. Did not attempt to find out why the dishwasher reboots itself, just a hunch for $150 to tell me repairs are $600+. Don’t waste your money.

Didn't do any service walked in walked out waited all day for nothing

There is no way to contact them. The phone number just gets funneled to India and you are given a complete run around.
