It's an alright atmosphere unaccounted for the fact that the manager was in the back yelling heard something about the wrong order being fulfilled he was pretty belligerent I was just stunned

Sears Appliance Repair has been terrible. I am all for automation and optimization but not having an option to reach a human being is irresponsible and inefficient. My appointment has been rescheduled twice without any updates. Every day it has says my technician will arrive at a certain time and as time goes on it gets pushed later and later until I eventually get rescheduled. Please fix your workflow to include a human operator as a last resort or at least give an option to call the said technician assigned to my service request to see if he will even be showing up. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have a protection agreement on our washer and dryer. Two years ago.our dryer went down and after about a month they determined it was unrepairable. Another two months before they replaced the dryer. Now the washer failed and they have made several appointments to diagnose what is wrong over the period of five weeks and cancelled each time. Today, they did not even call to cancel just didn’t show up! They then rescheduled the diagnostic appointment for late January! And we are paying for this “service.” UPDATE: So I called the number Sears supplied and unsurprisingly you cannot TALK to anyone. Just a series of “If this, press this” none of which lead you to an actual person! When wen finally got through to a person, they denied that they had authorized using a third party!!! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE STRONGLY ENOUGH - DO NOT USE SEARS HOME SERVICES (and yes I know I am shouting).

I called and who ever I spoke to was more interested in selling me a repair plan for all my appliances that helping me get a repair done for my washing machine. She never asked me for my address which at the time I didn't realize because I was trying to get her to listen to me. After it was scheduled I went in and checked it was my address in Colorado which I haven't lived at for over 5 years. I called and canceled. I went to home depot and bought a new washer. I have never been so frustrated with a service in my life and will never use or call Sears again.
