Chris is in my opinion the best service repairman that I have ever worked with as a customer because he cares about the job and particularly the customer which is the most important part of the relationship He deserves a raise!!!!!

Our technician, Josh, got here earlier than expected, which was great. He quickly diagnosed that the transmission on our 3 1/2 year old GE washing machine was very close to failing and that it would be cheaper to find a brand new unit than to repair this GE washer. He also gave us a recommended brand that he feels is very reliable for the price AND his recommended brand was $250.00 cheaper than replacing the transmission. Will definitely call Sears again whenever a future appliance repair is required.
