We had techs out to fix our washing machine.. the softner dispenser... it was fixed but they broke the cover... and we just found out. I called the company and they are sending someone out but are charging a diagnostic fee...... it was broken by the technician. I am not paying a fee...

The first technician diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, but the replacement part had to be ordered, so I paid for the repair on that first visit. The following week, the scheduled Sears technician never showed up. The week after that, Brad arrived and discovered the part Sears had sent was actually for a dishwasher, so the repair couldn’t be completed. Finally, on week four, Brad came back and had my washer repaired in less than an hour. Brad was outstanding throughout the process—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the company itself deserves far less. Between the no-show appointment, being sent the wrong part, and the inability to reach a real person because the phone system only offers an AI with yes-or-no prompts, this turned what should have been a simple repair into a month-long ordeal.

Tyler was great. Didn't care for the $139.00 for coming to my home just to tell me it's broke. I understand that has to be a charge but I thank you could drop. That price a lot. Because the repair cost more than a new washer would cost me so I want with buying a new one. So thanks for nothing

Repairman excellent! Labor prices inflated horribly. When asked for a breakdown I only needed $150 worth of parts and with labor it was close to $600. Could buy a brand new washer for that. Ended up paying the $140 diagnostic fee and not get the washer fixed.

Technician was very courteous, however, he only cleaned the dryer and did not fix the root problem. This resulted in a second service call and diagnosis charge plus parts and maintenance. Sears is on an AI platform so good luck getting in touch with any live person.

Tech was ok. You will be charged twice. 150 for sears and 150 for the tech. 375 to change a fuse.... Lol. Good lord. I thought the $140 would have included 5 mins of service. Other places charge 85 to 130 for the whole job

Waterline leak repaired, not replaced at the front grill of the refrigerator. Tech gave me several options, including replacement of the entire coiled water line. The repair service performed was literally a 5-minute fix, VERY overpriced, in my opinion. Price included the service call charge, a labor charge, and an upcharge charge for cleaning (tech didn't clean anything!!). Ridiculous! Also, I did not appreciate the service reminders and emails that were sent every day for a week.
