Have been very pleased with services given by John for over 15 yrs and now understand you no longer are going to offer your warrany services any longer. Very disappointed with Sears or whoever the company that is now responsible or whoever has made the irrational decision to leave seniors like myself without someone to service their riding tractor.

Zachary is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We've had several problems with our appliance. He worked on it many times, replaced parts more than once, eventually it was not able to be repaired. He is really a great person who knows his job very well. We personally will ask for his service, if we need it in the future.

He was very knowledgeable, nice and friendly! He finally helped us "hopefully" resolve our issues to get a new refrigerator. We have been waiting since October to get problems resolved! It has been a nightmare, especially trying to solve problems with people who don't speak good English and don't communicate well on the phone and have been no help at all! Zach was very helpful and pleasant to work with!
