To replace a seal on my refrigerator freezer is over $500. Who can afford these kind of repair bills? You have no competition that I could find. The seal is $269 and the labor is $269. That is outrageous! I would appreciate being given a definite time for arrival and I would appreciate not having a 8 am appointment.

We had techs out to fix our washing machine.. the softner dispenser... it was fixed but they broke the cover... and we just found out. I called the company and they are sending someone out but are charging a diagnostic fee...... it was broken by the technician. I am not paying a fee...

Repairman excellent! Labor prices inflated horribly. When asked for a breakdown I only needed $150 worth of parts and with labor it was close to $600. Could buy a brand new washer for that. Ended up paying the $140 diagnostic fee and not get the washer fixed.

Tech was ok. You will be charged twice. 150 for sears and 150 for the tech. 375 to change a fuse.... Lol. Good lord. I thought the $140 would have included 5 mins of service. Other places charge 85 to 130 for the whole job

Waterline leak repaired, not replaced at the front grill of the refrigerator. Tech gave me several options, including replacement of the entire coiled water line. The repair service performed was literally a 5-minute fix, VERY overpriced, in my opinion. Price included the service call charge, a labor charge, and an upcharge charge for cleaning (tech didn't clean anything!!). Ridiculous! Also, I did not appreciate the service reminders and emails that were sent every day for a week.

After diagnosing the problem, they required payment in full, ($438.20 for a spring and bracket replacement paid on 10/15/2025) before the repairs could be done. Tech screamed & cursed during repairs, after 1 1/2 hrs to get the cabinet back on, but finally said it was done and had me esign while running a sample load. It was NOT fixed and is still unusable, and he said he couldn't fix it, but I would receive a refund of $138.00. As of today, 10/21/2025, I have received no refund. So far, AI menu selections via phone and website have not included refunds or complaints, and only new and existing appointments can be entered to even begin chat. It won't accept finished appointments. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I've been warning people about it, and hope that others will avoid this company!
