Great service! Technician was polite and friendly, explained everything in detail, worked hard to determine the problem and when he was convinced it didn’t need an expensive part installed not only did he not install it, he offered to refund us the cost of the part. Our dishwasher works great, and we appreciate his time and expertise!

Technician was on time, courteous , and informative. Unfortunately our stove is so old there is little to be done to repair it, but even knowing that is a plus.

Tyler was very professional and was aware of the issue when he arrived which was a change from other companies in the past. While he could not get the issue to reappear in his time on site he was able to discuss functions we didnt even know existed with the appliance. Hopefully the issue was a one off but he knew his way around the appliance and understood causes. We will see if this repair visit fixed the issue as he took some pieces off and replaced them back so we are hoping its a quirk and needed some human touch to make it work again.
