Technician was on time, courteous , and informative. Unfortunately our stove is so old there is little to be done to repair it, but even knowing that is a plus.

Tyler was very professional and was aware of the issue when he arrived which was a change from other companies in the past. While he could not get the issue to reappear in his time on site he was able to discuss functions we didnt even know existed with the appliance. Hopefully the issue was a one off but he knew his way around the appliance and understood causes. We will see if this repair visit fixed the issue as he took some pieces off and replaced them back so we are hoping its a quirk and needed some human touch to make it work again.

Our Sears technician was very good. He was out once to evaluate issue and we needed a part ordered . Same technician was out today to finish the job. However, we had 2 missed appointments before someone came and then another missed appointment in between ordering the Part and the final repair. We waited from 8 to 5 the last one and around 6 we were informed they weren't coming. We are very disappointed in this part if the service. However, the technician was great. He would get a 5. But the service itself not so much.

If it were available I’d give John 10 stars extremely efficient, knows his stuff, much earlier than anticipated. Very respectful, and courteous very knowledgeable. Had my mower fixed in no time! Highly recommend John he’s the best! It’s the second time in about 2 maybe 3 years he’s came to fix mower first time replaced blades and was just as good then!
