John came out today to get my Craftsman 46” Riding Mower back in the yard. He completed his assessment and repair in 5 minutes and got the mower back in the yard today. I appreciate his honest work and diligence.

A plastic piece on the top of the freezer door on our side by side was broken causing the door not to close on its own. We chose not to repair because the technician, Jacob, said the freezer door would have to be replaced and it would cost $1600+ and we decided that it was too expensive. We will have to purchase a new refrigerator in the near future. In the meantime we will be sure to carefully push the door shut!

Fan motor from my central air conditioner bearings are going out making lots of loud squealing noise. However I was told Home Choice Warranty does not allow him to replace it until it completely stops.
