There were 4 (delays) dates that were rescheduled before the parts were delivered and the repair was made. My Technician, Simon, came to the house twice. He was very understanding, polite and efficient. He gets the 5 Stars…. Sears does NOT.

The whole experience of using the Sears Appliance Repair service was great. It was a prompt response to arrange for someone to come and diagnose the issue. The service repair person was awesome and solved the problem. We will use this service again.
