Worker was knowledgeable and proficient. However waiting until the very end of the window without status information was not good. A narrower window would be better

Technician was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the call service center told us it would be fixed the same day. Technician said they can't possibly carry every part. It was a waste of my time off of work and money for his time. My washer is still not fixed and I'm out $140 for him to come look at it. Seems like if you could talk to a technician prior to service the customer would be better off.

Had a service scheduled for my washer. Took the day off work and waited all day for the tech to show up. At 4:59pm I got a text saying I rescheduled my appointment for the next day, which I did not. I was unable to talk to anyone to clarify that since customer service is all done with AI now. I took a second day off work. The tech showed up and did his thing. He was very friendly and helpful, I had no issues with him at all. After his trouble shooting he told me the parts and labor would be almost $500, plus he couldn't guarantee it would fix the issue and I might have to replace the control board as well, which would be an additional $300. I declined the repair deciding it would be cheaper to go buy a new washer. I was then charged $129 for the service call.

No call/ no show,waited well over 12 hours. Would not recommend to anyone. Also, don't expect to talk to a human being!
