Technician was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the call service center told us it would be fixed the same day. Technician said they can't possibly carry every part. It was a waste of my time off of work and money for his time. My washer is still not fixed and I'm out $140 for him to come look at it. Seems like if you could talk to a technician prior to service the customer would be better off.

Very bad experience, back in February they sent service man to check my refrigerator and ordered parts, the parts came in February itself, since then they have been scheduling and rescheduling my appointment, it's been almost 7 to 8 times and I am without working fridge since past 2 months. Very pathetic customer services and they have several numbers to call, but same automatic responses. I will never recommend them and cancel my service also.

Scheduled an appointment for this Thursday. Appointment rescheduled without a reason why. Now have to wait a week to get my washer fix. When you try to call you get a machine and can't talk to a human. Not impressed.

Never communicated directly with me. Was given window of 8-5 PM @ 5:30 call Sears to ask what was going on. Was toldtechnician was delayed but to still expect him. Within 1 minute from hanging up phoneI received 4 emails saying service had occured and receipts issued. NOT acceptable

Absolutely 100% awful. I had 6 appointments that the AI every single time around 1130 texted and said for unforseen reasons. FiNALLY a tech arrived today and walked all over my home with dirty and wet shoes and I just mopped and cleaned all my floors. Years ago the service was top notch. This year absolutely horrid. I want to be reimbursed for my protection agreement asap

Called and asked for same day service, was told that would be fine and someone would contact me within an hour to schedule. Never got a call so I called back 2-3 hours later and tbey said the same thing. Someone finally reached out after a total of 5 hours and said they don't have/do same day service. After I told them I'd happily cal someone else if they didn't offer it. I just couldn't waste all day waiting for their call if it ever came

Your scheduling system is broke please fix it One day the appointment was canceled 20 minutes before 5 and his window was 8-5 2 nd time they canceled 1:30 and his window was 8-5. This is the 5th time you have fixed the same problem when do you think it would make sense to replace instead of repair? Lowe’s told me this washer should have been replaced after 4 repairs for the same thing. When calling to schedule service the people that answer the phone can’t speak English so you only get about half of what there saying. I think that just about tells you how you did!
