My repairman Tom was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the problem, ordered parts, and came back a few days later to make the repair. I would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair in the Grand Rapids MI area.

Max was great. Very knowledgeable and professional, as have been other Sears service techs. It is unfortunate how Sears continues to let down both their customers and great staff members with their horrible communication practices and complete lack of customer service.
