Diana performed the actual repair and was fantastic - efficient, personable, and thorough. Use of the automated scheduling system was horrible with multiple system reschedules for unknown reasons before a successful repair and the inability to connect with a live person for followup!

Diana was very polite and personable. She figured out the problem right away, made zero mess and even gave us some good advice about cleaning the filter which we didn't know and showed us how. We would definitely request her again the next time we have a problem.

Wow! The repair was so fast!! I have an older GE dryer that wouldn't start. Simon was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my dryer issue in 2mins and fixed in 20mins! THANK YOU!!

We couldn’t e happier with Marlin’s service today. He was knowledgeable about the LG product, and he ran our machine through his diagnostics to determine if there was an issue. He was a wonderful representative for Sears, and we would happily request him again if the need arises.

stephan came in and had the problem with my washer diagnosed quicker than a NASCAR tire change. popped the belt on and told me the possible options going forward. his insights on new washers was appreciated.....thanks a lot and will use again....although I hope not!.....

Steve was very thorough evaluating what the problem was with our dishwasher. He was training a new employee and it was very interesting to be able to "listen in" as he explained the steps to determine where the problem was. He fixed it quickly, showed us what cause the dishwasher not to drain properly and did not overcharge for services that were not needed.
