When I called, they had me scheduled for a couple of days out. They were able to get me in today though because of a cancelation. The technician Keven was prompt, worked quickly, and was a great person to have fix my dryer. I highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs.

Steve was fantastic! He was super friendly, and since he's a dog person, our two Goldens really loved him – it was a welcome break on a long day. He diagnosed our problem quickly and let us know right away that our old oven was ready to retire.

Simon is one of the best repair guys I've ever met. So polite and extremely nice!! He knew what the problem was right away, and Simon fixed our washer in a matter of minutes!!!! Simon is the ninja of the Sears repair world!!!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!!
