Technician was amazing. Knowledgeable and very polite! The company is questionable (Sears). This was my third appointment to get someone here. My prior two appointments were canceled the day of. It was a frustrating experience.

I dealt with 2 different service technicians Tom & Max. Both were very knowledgeable, Tom was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get the necessary part ordered. Max was able to complete the installation of the new part flawlessly and quickly!
