Tony was wonderful! He came and diagnosed the issues with my washer and educated me on how to avoid the same repairs in the future. He was kind and honest. He had to order a part for the repair which had a three week turn around. He was able to find a part available today and picked it up. It was very kind of him to drive 40 minutes to pick up the part and come back for a same day service! Absolutely recommend Tony!

AJ was amazing/Warranty company -Assurant- stinks/ If it wasn't for AJ, we were going to get an attorny-AJ needs to be a supervisor (his would not call me back)! AJ would be only one I would let back in my house So happy with AJ!

My Samsung oven stopped heating up early in the week. The stove was under warranty through Best Buy, but Best Buy did not have a technician available for some time. We have a large family and did not want to be without an oven for too long. For that reason, Best Buy agreed to send a technician from Sears Appliance Repair just a couple days later. AJ arrived on time in a fully marked vehicle. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the oven up and running within 1/2 hour. I could not be happier with the service.

Tom is certainly a top grade appliance service technician! Three things that stand out today. 1) He is highly qualified and diagnosed out problem fair quickly. 2) He made sure I knew when to expect him and contacted me several times through the day. 3) He took the time to explain our issues and how they've been fixed.
