This was a warranty repair paid buy the manufacturer. I was impressed with the technician,. He knew his stuff, and we as in and out. What I don't care for is the appointment availability of 8am to 4pm. That's a whole workday. Many people can't afford that luxury.

Very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable. He showed me things I didn't know about my mower after five years. I would choose him again for repair.

He was quick and informative! Even though my fridge seemed to be perfectly fine the day of the appointment, he still made sure to address the issue I was having!
