John arrived on time. He took his time finding the problem. He let me know the cost of the repair for my fridge. He also gave me advice on warranties when I buy appliances. He got me through the payment process with ease. John was very professional and thorough. I'm satisfied. Will call again if needed for my other appliances. Would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone.

John worked efficiently and fixed my refrigerator quickly. The Sears Repair process was nice. They tracked the repair part shipment and even moved up my appointment once they confirmed parts had been received.
