The communication from Sears was terrific. I received email and text notifications as requested. William called when he was 10 minutes from arrival to let us know. He was professional, asked questions and listened as i explained what was not working and thorough in his diagnostics. Highly recommend this company and will use again if in need of any appliance repair.

Horrible customer service. The laundry machine stopped working on November 26th. The soonest repair appointment was December 4th. However, the technician never arrived and never called to reschedule. The next day, December 5th, I received a text that said “Patrick S.” Would be at my house at 10:30. 11:30, no Patrick. Updated eta, 12:46. 12:46, no Patrick. Updated eta, 2:00. 2:00, no Patrick. Updated eta, 3:00. At 3:35 Patrick finally called me to tell me he wasn’t because the roads were too bad. (They were definitely not too bad to drive. I’ll add pictures.) When I told him I was out and about, and that the roads are just fine he got mad, told me he wasn’t going to fix my machine and hung up. Not 5 minutes later I opened the tracking app to see that Patrick S. had claimed to arrive at my house and closed the claim. Let me be perfectly clear….. he was NEVER on my property much less in my home to repair my machine.
