I paid my bill with a debit card on December 12th. You just sent me a bill. The bill is paid. Tried to call to talk to someone, can't get a person to talk to about my paid bill.

Mario our technician was great. He diagnosed problem quickly, ordered parts, was just here for 10 minutes, problem fixed. This was warranty work so no charge
