Cass the repair technician was excellent. the service was excellent they kept us well informed their timing was excellent I would highly recommend this service to anyone as this is type of quality service is very rare today.

Tech did a great job, said the filter was leaking because it wasn't turned close all the way. Very friendly and explained what he was doing as he went through the process to make sure there weren't any other problems. Told us things we could check periodically to keep washer running correctly.

Biggest issue was delay on service. Time of appointment was rescheduled several times ending at 4 pm. Our service man was very pleasant and dealt with my husband. He explained all and ended up selling us a home appliance warranty.
