I wish I remembered our technicians name, he was a great guy. Unfortunately our washer couldn’t be fixed that’s not on him, he gave amazing tips!!! The expensive washers with lots of technology always have problems and go bad very fast. He advised right now front loader washers made by LG are the best. And don’t go expensive! The more “stuff” on a washer the more problems happen! Thank you so much we’ll be buying a front loader LG!
