The technician was very helpful, pleasant and quick to finish and it works wonderful. Thank you. Can't say the same about the phone service though. It's a awful system to get through. I won't higher them again for this reason alone.

TERRIBLE!! I called them to fix my refrigerator originally and they charged me $1000 and the repair didn't work. Then they came out the 2nd time, (a month later) to fix the original repair and AND STILL DIDNT FIX IT!! They use AI, so it's almost impossible to get in contact with a real person. HORRIBLE COSTLY EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE, EVER!!!!!

I began with an appointment on May 10 to repair a washer and was pleasantly surprised that an ordered part would be in a few days. Here I am on June 7 with my 4th cancelled appointment and the earliest rescheduled date is June 19. A date after my sale of the house. So I am out the initial service charge plus the part I have. I spent two hours figuring out how to talk to a human. And that was completely useless. An apology but no early date or refund. I will never use Sears appliance repair again.
