All details of the service were very easy to understand and Ken the technician was very professional and good at what he does. A very pleasant experience. I will definitely use Sears Service again if needed.

They called me they set up the appointment and it was getting late in the day so they called to tell me that they couldn't make it out that day would it be okay if they came out the next day I said that's fine they came out the next day and he was very nice I didn't explain what he was doing and why he was doing it and my refrigerator works great I had a fabulous experience
